How Every Engagement Starts

The audit comes first.

Every ARC FLOW engagement begins by auditing what's actually there — starting with an AI-Ready Assessment of your marketing department, then building, tier by tier, into a full audit, complete strategy, and a 90-day execution plan. Choose the depth that fits where you are.

Who We Work With

Built for founder-led companies ready to scale — without the chaos.

If your company is between $1M and $20M in revenue, growth usually isn't limited by effort. It's limited by friction: misaligned teams, manual processes, and marketing that isn't wired to revenue. ARC FLOW finds the bottlenecks, removes the friction, and builds systems that scale with you.

  • Fractional CMO leadership — executive strategy without the full-time cost
  • Revenue systems that connect marketing, sales, and the pipeline
  • AI integration designed around people and process, not hype
  • Leadership alignment so the whole team pulls in one direction

The A³ Framework™

Assess. Align. Automate.

Every engagement follows a proven methodology that turns complexity into clarity — and clarity into revenue flow.

Phase 01

Assess

We map your revenue engine end to end — strategy, systems, team, and data — to identify the bottlenecks quietly costing you growth. No assumptions. Just a clear-eyed diagnosis.

Phase 02

Align

Leadership, sales, and marketing get aligned around one measurable growth plan. Change management is built in, so your team adopts new systems instead of resisting them.

Phase 03

Automate

We automate and tune the systems — demand generation, CRM architecture, AI-driven workflows, and reporting — so revenue becomes predictable and your team gets hours back every week.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a fractional CMO, and how is it different from hiring an agency or a full-time CMO?

A fractional CMO is a senior marketing leader who owns your strategy and leads execution to completion — not just a deck, but a system that runs. Unlike an agency, which runs the campaigns you hand it, a fractional CMO diagnoses what's actually wrong, sets the strategy, and makes sure it gets built and adopted. Compared to a full-time CMO hire (often $250K+ all-in), you get that caliber of leadership scaled to what you need right now.

What does ARC FLOW actually do?

ARC FLOW is a boutique fractional CMO practice that audits your marketing, builds the revenue system behind it, and stays until your team can run it. Every engagement follows the A³ Framework — Assess, Align, Optimize: a full audit, then a strategy, then a 90-day plan your team executes. AI and automation are a core part of that build — I integrate tools like Claude, Gemini, HubSpot, and Salesforce to cut the manual work that slows marketing down: content production, lead routing, segmentation, and CRM hygiene — and I manage the change so your team actually adopts them instead of working around them. The key is sequence: we fix the process first, then automate it, so you're not just automating chaos.

Why do you start with a marketing audit instead of just running campaigns?

Because running campaigns on top of a broken system just spends money faster. The audit finds the friction first — where leads leak, where sales and marketing fall out of sync, where manual work is eating your team's time — so every dollar after that goes toward fixing what's actually holding growth back. A good strategy is only half the job; the audit tells us what the other half has to fix.

What's included in a full marketing audit?

A full-funnel review of your marketing — people, process, data, tools, and pipeline — ending in a prioritized list of what's costing you revenue and what to fix first. That includes an AI-readiness scorecard of your marketing department, a full marketing and brand audit, pipeline, attribution, and CRM analysis, a competitive and positioning review, and a bottleneck diagnosis with prioritized fixes.

Who is ARC FLOW a good fit for?

ARC FLOW is built for founder-led B2B companies doing roughly $1M–$20M in revenue, where marketing has outgrown gut feel but isn't yet running like a system. You're the best fit if you've got real traction but marketing feels manual, disconnected from sales, or hard to measure — and you want a senior operator to build the system, not just advise on it.

Will you work with my existing team and tools, or replace them?

Both. I start by auditing what you already have — your team, your tools, your process — and keep what's working. But part of an honest audit is calling out what isn't. Sometimes a tool is redundant, underused, or actively getting in the way, and the right move is to replace or eliminate it rather than automate around a broken setup. The goal is a system that works, not a bigger stack.

How does an engagement typically work?

Every engagement follows the A³ Framework — Assess, Align, Automate. We start with a full marketing audit, move to a strategy and 90-day plan built around your biggest bottleneck, then I lead execution until your team can run the system without me. You always know what we're fixing, why, and in what order.

How involved does my team need to be?

Involved, but not overwhelmed. I work alongside your existing people rather than around them — the goal is a system your team owns, not a dependency on me. Expect a working session or two a week during the build, plus async check-ins. The heavier lift is on my side; your team's job is context and adoption.

Do you only work with B2B companies?

Primarily, yes. My background is in founder-led B2B where the sales cycle is longer and marketing has to feed a real pipeline, not just generate clicks. That's where the audit-first, system-building approach pays off most.

What if I already have a marketing team — do you replace them?

No. I lead them. Think of me as the senior marketing brain your team reports into for the engagement — I set direction and raise their game, rather than sitting on the sidelines advising.

Do I need to be "ready for AI" to work with you?

No — figuring that out is part of the audit. I run an AI-readiness scorecard on your marketing function so we know what's worth automating and what needs fixing first. Plenty of clients aren't ready to automate on day one, and that's fine. We fix the process, then automate it.

How long before I see results?

You'll get audit insights in the first week — the friction points and quick wins surface fast. Meaningful results can follow as quickly as 30 days, depending on how much of the system needs rebuilding. The audit gives you clarity immediately; the compounding gains come as we fix and automate what's underneath.

What are your retainer terms?

Engagements run month-to-month after the initial audit — no long lock-in. Scope and investment depend on the size of your company and the depth of the engagement, so we right-size it to what you actually need rather than a one-size package.

How do you measure success?

By the metrics that move revenue — pipeline, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, and revenue itself, not vanity numbers. Where we've automated with AI, I also track ROI on those tools, provided we set a baseline up front so the gain is measurable. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.

Ready to see what's blocking your growth?

Start with a strategy conversation. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your revenue engine — whether we work together or not.
